Elliot Spitzer's good deeds??

I'm writing an essay on a current event that shows either a failure or triumph in the American system of government or way of life....and wadya know I chose Elliot Spitzer. The thing is I wanted some background info. Like things he did pre-scandal, because I hear he was supposedly campaigning on an "ethics and integrity" basis, and that he busted people for prostitution and such. I can't find any of this because the search results are alllllllllll about the scandal. Anyone got any good links or info on this????
