Has anyone ever gotten a BFP with brown spotting?

So far, I have had 6 days of brown spotting, no period. I have an off and on headache, enlarged , faint cramping, anf fatigue. I took a first response a few times and have gotten a negative. The spotting started 4 or 5 days before my expected period (still spotting). My cycles are usually normal and on time. What do you think? Do I still have a chance? I went to the NP and she will have my blood test results tomorrow morning. Has this ever happened to anyone and came out with a miracle?
