Tampa Bay or Phoenix: Who's defense do you see improving the quickest?

Honestly TAMPA did improve their D in recent weeks.. they also made it a little thinner in depth. They have a decent core now that could develop and turn into a great core in a few more years. Notice they got alot of STAY AT HOME defenseman, which is what they needed to help out an inexperienced Smith! The 3rd pairing is still a little weak but they are making strides on paper. We will see, but I actually think that the few moves they made did help them in the short term and could turn into a good thing in the long term. For Tampa fans, just hope no one goes down from injuries. I dont see much in depth for replacements.
