Hit in the head really hard?

ok i got home from football pratice around 8:00 and att football pratice me and this kid whent up for tackleing (we where at a distance kinda far from each othe) and i was running with the ball and he hit me in the head and he fell over and keep walking soon to just fall over for no reson i saw like silver dots floating around after my head got hit and i couldnt get it to go away i keep looking up and just saw silver dots and every where i looked i just saw silver dots then like 5 minutes later the dots started to go a way then i started to fell deziey and i couldnt stand if i closed my eyes and i couldnt stand on one leg with eyes open but now im home and i have no bumps on my head buy my head fells like i have a indintshion but thatsa it i can stand with my eyes closed and stand on one leg now and every thing is almost ok but i just have the biggest head eck ever but other then that i fell good after the hit i thought i was going to puk but now i dont so is it ok to go to bed in like 2 hours and should i take like 1000 aspirens so i can sleep?
