Fabric Paint has stained my son's school shirt?

My son wears a polo shirt to school - he washed his hands in the sink at Art cl, and accidentally brushed against some Fabric Paint. I've tried bleaching, boil washing, stain remover - but nothing has got it out. (my son has only just now explained that it was fabric paint.) My question is - do I throw the top out - or is there any way you can remove fabric paint from the top. Thank you in anticipation.
