Free Dental Clinic in Atlanta?

I have some signifigant dental issues due to genetics, bad dental work being done years ago and recent pregnancy. The work needs to be done soon and I am being quoted an outrageous amount. I am a mother of a newborn and just do not have any more money to spend on my teeth. My husband works 7 days a week and we are this close to a nervous breakdown. Can anyone please recommend a free or low cost clinic in the ATL/Cobb area?? In the last 6 weeks I have had to have two extractions, one due to an abcess in the front and another being a molar which I was told would cost $3k to fix due to root c..so my options were come up the money or have it pulled. I am now down to chewing on my left side alone and am terrified. Please help. Thanks.
