Question about an LLC?

I work for a small business in which there are two owners. One owner has a 51% and the other has a 49%. The owner with 51% is liable for 100% of the debt and the other none. Does the owner with 51% have any grounds to dissolve the LLC and force the other partner out since that partner has nothing to do with the business anyway?
