Should domestic pet ownership (primarily dogs/cats) be legal?

There are people who shouldn't get married have kids...are you so self righteous about that? I suppose you have the answer to anyone wanting to take care of the dog, or cat? I share my home with my pets, and they are happy...are you? They bring a depth to my life that I would surely miss if they weren't here. If I was not here for them they might not have a clean safe home, loved and cared for . I really believe that the dog or cat would willingly trade all that freedom to live at my house. I would hope you have a home good enough for a dog or cat. That you are worthy enough to care for them.Kick the soap box and join the human race with all our cats and dogs.
