Which brand of laptop and pda phones is the best in the sense of design user friendly... judge it by ur use?

Depending upon the budget I personally like small laptops dell XPC 1210 is good; toshiba and ibm thinkpads looks preety neat generally. for a PDA HTC is the best in the market now!
