Why do most white rappers who come out have lyrical talent unlike most vids today?

how come more white rappers today are most lyrical then blacks . if black dont wake up in the mainstream we will take over this artform . we have necro,atmosphere,aesop rock,rugged intellect,eminem,paull wall, and more all these guys would kill almost every video thats on the radio today . look them up on youtube.
