Why isn't affirmative action ever geared towards Asian Americans, despite the discrimination they faced?

Asians are a proud and resouceful people. They are not nearly as organized as other minorities who systematically milk the system for every dime they can. Everything from Affirmative Action to The United ***** Fund, to Acorn, have been designed to suck every dime it can from society, for the purpose of first, lining the pockets of a select few, and then helping those minorities who put in their bid for jobs, education, or whatever else it offers.
